The home inspection performed is a non-invasive visual examination of the condition of a home for pre-listing, pre-purchase, and real estate transaction inspections in accordance with InterNACHI's Standards of Practice

It is a general evaluation of the home's electrical, plumbing, air conditioning/heating system, roof, attic, crawlspace, etc that takes 3-4 hours.

Our services to you is to provide a home inspection that will lay out any discrepancies and good findings that are apparent with the home prior to you moving in or selling. This will arm you with the tools to negotiate with the seller on what needs to addressed, help build your own to-do-list, or decide if this is the right home for you.

The company's goal is to inspect your home as if we are the ones moving in with our own families. We're available within 24-48 hours to perform your home inspection and will have the report ready within 24 hours upon completion of the home inspection.

Radon is a naturally occurring gas in our environment. It is a cancer causing gas and the second leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S. according to the U.S. Surgeon General.

Nearly 1 out of 15 homes are estimated to have elevated levels of radon. You cannot predict your home's radon levels based on the measurements taken in other homes in your neighborhood.

Testing is the only way to find out what your radon levels are. We use the latest in technology that can measure the radon levels in different areas of your home. The measurements are taken for a brief period of time (48 hours of continuous monitoring) and inform you with great knowledge when buying or selling a home.
